This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the Portfolio Manager in pinpointing first payment defaults and down payment chargebacks within HFD's enterprise-level portfolios.

• Provide timely and accurate chargeback responses to assist HFD in successfully resolving disputes.

• Ensure compliance with the terms of agreements to enterprise-level customers by utilizing our contracts and operational term sheets.

• Aid in managing enterprise-level providers using operational term sheets to monitor thresholds and optimize return on investment.

• Assist in overseeing vendor performance and remittances following post charge-off collections.

• In this position, you will receive training to read contracts and develop operational term sheets.

• Contribute to the development of operational processes and workflows.

• Identify and notify management about "red flags" or trends present in the data.

• Help establish feedback loops with our providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness in our submissions.

• Engage in special projects focused on continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Finance or Accounting.

• Excellent analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a collaborative team setting.

• Flexibility to adjust to evolving business needs with a solutions-focused approach.

• A strong desire to learn.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Not mandatory, but preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with disputes or chargebacks.

• Prior experience in underwriting.

• Knowledge of payment portal compliance.

• Familiarity with Hubspot.

• Experience with MS SQL Database.
