This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Evaluate disputes and chargeback procedures to establish the suitable course of action.
• Perform comprehensive investigations: analyzing transaction timelines, gathering evidence, tracing money flow, and conducting root cause analysis.
• Develop and assess representment/defense cases that are concise, well-documented, and focused on winning.
• Examine data to uncover patterns, detect fraud signals, and identify process gaps that require attention.
• Utilize (and contribute to the enhancement of) our AI and automation tools to expedite and refine dispute resolutions.
• Collaborate with various teams across CloudWalk, including Risk, Compliance, Product, Data, and Engineering.
• Proficient in utilizing LLMs and AI tools in your daily tasks and eager to learn about agent frameworks (LangChain, Mastra, etc.).
• Some familiarity with coding/scripting (reading code, SQL, light automation) — engineering expertise is not necessary.
• Possess strong analytical thinking and a natural curiosity ("why did this happen?" is your default approach).
• Have a problem-solving mindset and a keen desire to learn (facing new challenges every day).
• Detail-oriented with the capability to prioritize a busy workload.
• Exceptional writing skills for creating case summaries, dispute defenses, and Slack communications.
• Clear communication in discussions, meetings, and direct messages.
• Ownership mentality — you recognize what is amiss, suggest improvements, and drive decisions rather than just executing tasks.
