• Overseeing the specialized and proprietary Big Data charge capture capabilities of the Charge Integrity SaaS solution.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure the Charge Integrity SaaS Solution delivers outstanding value to each client.
• Conducting updates and ongoing maintenance on data elements that apply mathematical techniques to identify missed charges and coding discrepancies.
• Using SQL to update and sustain evidence-based charge integrity regulations.
• Proposing and aiding in the implementation of solutions for complex challenges.
• Actively engaging in relevant meetings, discussions, and other activities related to the performance of the Charge Integrity SaaS Solution.
• Efficiently executing project work plans while retaining the flexibility to adjust plans as needed based on changing requirements.
• Staying engaged within the healthcare industry concerning charging practices to maintain continuous awareness of best practices, emerging trends, and industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficient in analyzing large datasets, recognizing patterns, and summarizing findings by priority.
• Exhibits effective verbal and non-verbal communication abilities, demonstrates sound judgment, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with charge capture terminology and best practices.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and establish priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, including advanced data manipulation skills in Excel spreadsheets.
• Understanding of SQL and database frameworks.
• Experience in revenue integrity, revenue cycle management, or healthcare coding.
