Charge Capture Coordinator – Clinical Revenue Integrity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the capture of charges related to clinical services and procedures specific to units and areas.

• Input charges into the current computerized billing system.

• Perform reconciliation between department-generated records and billing system reports.

• Communicate any missing or incomplete clinical documentation as well as charge entry inaccuracies.

• Execute daily charge reconciliation for accounts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical or healthcare settings, such as previous roles in hospitals or medical offices, charge entry, or medical records.

• Exceptional data entry abilities and a focus on quality outcomes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software as necessary.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

• Basic understanding of coding practices.
