Chaplain – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Acts as a messenger and promoter of faith, mission, and purpose.

• Engages with companies and their workforce to foster relationships built on trust.

• Offers referral services and organizes specialized support for employees.

• Collaborates with companies to deliver notifications regarding deaths and serious injuries.

• Participates in the orientation of new employees to outline the Employee Care Service.

• Proficient in listening and engaging effectively with clients, employees, and their families.

• Exhibits spiritual maturity and a commitment to a Christian lifestyle.

• Proven capability to interact professionally with a variety of groups.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Competence in analyzing information to identify and address issues.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using Google Suites and Microsoft Office.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and meet state minimum auto insurance requirements.
