This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Functions as a messenger, conveying faith, mission, and purpose.

• Engages with companies, their personnel, and the surrounding community.

• Regularly visits company worksites to connect with employees.

• Reaches out to employees or their immediate family members to offer care and assistance.

• Provides referral services and coordinates specialized support for employees.

• May participate in planning, conducting, or attending funerals for employees or their immediate family.

• Collaborates with companies to inform families and other employees about deaths and serious injuries.

• Offers post-termination support for laid-off or terminated employees.

• Facilitates spiritual enrichment activities, although does not lead them.

• Ability to function effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team and in an interfaith environment.

• Proficient listening and interaction skills with clients, employees, and their families.

• Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle, aligned with MCHAPs Ministry values.

• Proven ability to engage with diverse groups professionally, demonstrating diplomacy, patience, and courtesy.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Skillful in analyzing information to identify and address problems or objectives.

• Proficient in using Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or similar software.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and meet state minimum auto insurance requirements for the areas serviced.
