This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Become part of our dynamic team as a Channel Management Manager and play a key role in driving Thermo Fisher Scientific's market expansion through strategic partnerships.
• Formulate and implement extensive channel strategies aimed at enhancing our market footprint across various sectors including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, academic research, and industrial applications.
• Cultivate strong relationships with distribution partners, ensuring alignment with our mission to empower customers in making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
• Assist in broadening access to innovative clinical diagnostic solutions that benefit laboratories, healthcare providers, and patients globally.
• A Bachelor's Degree along with 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or related commercial positions is preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing channel strategies successfully.
• Strong financial acumen with the capability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in establishing channel partner programs, incentives, and performance metrics.
• Proficient in CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong project management skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to function effectively within a matrix organization.
• Experience in analytical instrumentation, life sciences, or the laboratory products industry is preferred.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing intricate distribution networks.
• Capability to develop and deliver impactful training programs for channel partners.
• Familiarity with channel partner agreements and compliance requirements.
