Channel Solutions Associate – Part Time, Contract

📋 Description

• Oversee channel initiatives, including pipeline automation and provider credentialing.

• Act as the primary contact for updates on project status, addressing open issues, and managing escalations.

• Work collaboratively with various teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve challenges and enhance client experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related discipline.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—adept at engaging with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive in ambiguous situations and are motivated by problem-solving.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
