This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Formulate and implement strategies, sales channels, and long-term growth plans for the Channel Sales department aimed at achieving departmental targets.
• Take ownership of recruiting, hiring, managing, and mentoring sales team members, ensuring alignment on objectives, tracking performance, and fostering high motivation within the team to expand the department.
• Directly manage and cultivate key accounts, actively engaging in and spearheading the most significant partner negotiations for the company.
• Coordinate operations across various internal departments to ensure smooth alignment on legal processes, financial workflows, marketing initiatives, product specifications, engineering schedules, and promotional efforts.
• Create, maintain, and analyze department dashboards that monitor essential metrics such as pipeline health, revenue performance, and partner-related indicators.
• Provide regular, transparent reports on the performance of the channel sales team, including weekly progress updates for the VP of Growth and monthly/quarterly financial metrics for the Finance department.
• Extensive experience in Channel Sales, with a successful history of selling products through multi-tier partner networks and channels.
• Strong B2B sales experience, showcasing a proven ability to manage key accounts and lead/close high-stakes corporate negotiations with partners around the globe.
• Established experience in team leadership, successfully guiding, structuring, and motivating sales and account management professionals in a Team Lead role or similar capacity.
• Exceptional proactivity and strategic agility, with a proven capacity to function effectively in dynamic environments where priorities shift rapidly.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to thoroughly assess partners' businesses and accurately identify various growth opportunities.
• Proven capability to establish operational frameworks from the ground up, effectively translating high-level business objectives into actionable plans, tasks, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical and data literacy, with experience in constructing and maintaining reports on pipeline metrics, revenue, and conversion rates.
• Experience in close collaboration with other internal teams to align product offerings and partner contracts.
• Advanced skills in conducting business negotiations across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Excellent command of the English language.
