This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Ensure effective stock management by assessing and monitoring distributor sellout and stock levels.

• Oversee order processing, delivery, and follow-up to ensure inventory efficiency.

• Administer partner rebates and credit notes, ensuring precise and timely processing.

• Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to enhance sales performance and support decision-making.

• Coordinate and follow up on training initiatives for distributors to improve their product knowledge and sales abilities.

• Assist in distributor activities associated with training and certification processes.

• Formulate and assess partners' business plans to align with company goals and promote growth.

• Explore new markets, engage in sales negotiations, and finalize deals to broaden the company's market reach.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a channel manager or distribution manager in the electronic security sector or a related field.

• Strong emphasis on achieving sales goals in both sell-in and sell-out channels.

• Proactive in identifying and seizing sales opportunities.

• Solid analytical capabilities to interpret sales data and make well-informed decisions.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
