This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Supervise all operations related to channel sales and marketing
• Create Channel Programs, establish roadmaps, and set guidelines and timelines
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders while analyzing reports from various teams
• Formulate strategies aimed at increasing revenue and enhancing client relationships
• Achieve the growth metrics set forth by the board and the VP of Sales
• Inspire and guide the channel team to meet objectives while adhering to company policies
• Develop an annual strategic plan for the Channel Department with specific goals and report quarterly
• Establish short- and long-term channel sales strategies and assess the effectiveness of existing programs
• Manage and direct channel sales policies, objectives, and initiatives
• Ensure a robust pipeline of Channel partners in designated territories for expansion
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure market alignment in targeted territories
• Create and implement marketing campaigns and perform post-program ROI analysis
• Develop co-marketing business plans that yield year-over-year growth with current Channel partners
• Guide channel budget allocations while evaluating the expected ROI of investments
• Establish sales processes, CRM procedures, and business rules for distribution and channel sales
• Spearhead sales initiatives for specified territories
• At least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
