
Channel Partner Specialist – Microscopy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establishing and nurturing robust business relationships with channel partners throughout the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Eastern Europe.
• Holding regular business meetings and funnel assessments with channel partners to evaluate market trends and enhance the execution of strategies for pivotal products and sectors.
• Working closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Care, Service, Marketing, etc.) to guarantee high levels of channel partner satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
• Assisting and actively participating in direct sales efforts alongside channel partners, which includes lead follow-up, involvement in trade fairs, and maintaining connections with key accounts in the Life Science and Applied segments.
• Crafting commercial proposals and aiding channel partners in the quotation process to boost conversion rates and revenue growth.
• Aiding channel partners in troubleshooting technical challenges in close cooperation with internal technical and service teams.
• Ensuring channel partners have all the essential tools, training, and commercial/technical information to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, materials science, natural sciences, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in sales and business development within the B2B sector, preferably with knowledge in microscopy or similar technical products.
• Extensive expertise in customer service coupled with a solid understanding of sales strategies, particularly in collaboration with channel partners who sell directly to end customers.
• Proficiency in German and English languages.
• Willingness to travel – approximately 50% travel required within the territory.
