This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement the global partner marketing strategy and calendar in collaboration with the Campaign Director.
• Create regional partner marketing plans with Channel Directors, CAMs, and BDRs across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Design and execute co-marketing initiatives, including joint campaigns, webinars, content creation, events, and Market Development Fund activities.
• Develop partner acquisition and recruitment campaigns to attract, engage, and onboard new partners.
• Produce partner enablement and “campaign-in-a-box” materials, such as messaging, content, and toolkits.
• Oversee the partner marketing/MDF budget, monitor expenditures, and report on ROI as well as partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
• Take responsibility for performance reporting on leads, opportunities, and engagement by partner, partner type, and region.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Events teams on campaigns and product launches.
• Assist with partner events, summits, and advisory councils.
• Manage communications directed at partners, including newsletters, partner portal content, and campaign calendars.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel, partner, or alliance marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT software.
• Proven history of developing marketing programs that produce measurable partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
• Experience collaborating with distributed partners such as resellers, MSPs, or alliance partners across various regions, including the US, EMEA, and/or APAC.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to work cross-functionally across different time zones.
• Excellent project and budget management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create partner-facing content.
• A collaborative, self-motivated approach and comfort in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for partner events, kick-offs, and conferences in the US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Familiarity with PRM or partner marketing platforms such as Impartner, Allbound, or Zift is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem is an added advantage.
• Experience marketing to or within the public sector is also a plus.
