This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Comprehensive Partner Oversight: Act as the main marketing liaison for Canadian service providers; work together on detailed, customized marketing strategies that include events, digital programs, content development, and co-branded campaigns.
• AI-Driven Demand Generation: Create and implement localized marketing initiatives (such as account-based marketing, regional events, and promotions) to enhance the sales pipeline and generate new revenue.
• Sales Enablement & Activation: Utilize advanced AI sales tools to develop impactful training materials, conduct live solution demonstrations, and oversee sales programs, blitzes, and dealer events that empower partner sales teams.
• Go-To-Market & Product Launches: Spearhead the creation and execution of regional go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, and localized messaging in both English and Canadian French.
• Customer Advocacy & Content: Partner with collaborators to pinpoint and create compelling customer case studies, testimonials, and targeted sales pitches that boost brand visibility.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate deeply trusted, cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partner stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of channel programs and operations.
• Marketing ROI Optimization: Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs for all Canadian marketing efforts, leveraging data to maximize ROI and refine future expenditures.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in both English and Canadian French is essential for supporting regional contracts.
• Channel Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in channel, partner, or field marketing, preferably in SaaS, UCaaS, telecom, or AI-driven communication solutions.
• Market Knowledge: Profound understanding of the Canadian telecom landscape, operator ecosystems, channel partner dynamics, and regional market competition.
• Presentation Excellence: Strong capability to deliver engaging live solution demonstrations and customize messaging on the spot for specific audience requirements.
• Influence & Collaboration: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with executive-level stakeholders and dealer networks alike.
• Autonomy & Mobility: A proactive self-starter who excels in an independent environment while maintaining alignment with global teams.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40% across Canada to connect with partners and participate in events.
