This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Create and implement integrated channel marketing strategies that effectively generate demand and enhance pipeline through VARs, distributors, and MSPs.
• Develop and oversee co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, and sales strategies with key partners, ensuring alignment with regional revenue targets and sales objectives.
• Adapt and elevate global campaigns to suit the regional context.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with channel partners and internal cross-functional teams.
• Equip partners with co-branded materials, training, and sales enablement resources to expedite sell-through.
• Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) programs, ensuring efficient investment, adherence to compliance, and measurable results.
• Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct quarterly marketing evaluations with partner leadership.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with product, digital, and field marketing teams to develop campaign assets, joint messaging, and enablement tools.
• 7-10 years of experience in channel, partner, or field marketing within the B2B technology or SaaS sector.
• Proven track record of engaging with VARs, distributors, and/or MSPs.
• Demonstrated capability to assess and enhance marketing ROI, possessing strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting proficiencies.
• Practical experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with email outreach platforms (such as Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach).
• Strong understanding of inbound marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Excellent project management abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Self-motivated individual comfortable with experimentation, learning new technologies, and quickly adapting.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in recognizing opportunities and proposing solutions.
• A collaborative team player who builds robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer- and partner-focused mindset, with a commitment to driving engagement and business impact.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change; adept at shifting priorities swiftly and managing competing demands.

• Ideal candidates are proficient in English and one or more additional European languages.
• Minimal travel (1-2 times per quarter), including cross-border travel for partner meetings, events, and training.
