This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Analyze global markets to pinpoint countries where distribution partnerships are in line with business objectives and regulatory feasibility.
• Formulate market entry strategies and prioritize regions based on commercial viability, competitive landscape, and product compatibility.
• Identify and evaluate potential distribution partners based on their capabilities, market reach, and strategic fit.
• Oversee contract negotiations and finalize agreements in conjunction with Legal, Finance, and Regulatory teams.
• Create and implement comprehensive onboarding programs, including product training, sales enablement, and marketing support.
• Act as the main point of contact for distributor inquiries and manage ongoing relationships.
• Establish clear sales targets and performance expectations for each distributor.
• Track progress through regular business reviews, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
• Execute corrective actions or support plans when performance gaps are detected.
• Over 5 years of experience in international sales, channel management, or business development within the Life Sciences or medical device sectors.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and managing distributor relationships across various geographies.
• Strong negotiation abilities and experience with international contracts.
• Excellent communication skills, encompassing oral, written, and presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Comfortable working autonomously and navigating multiple time zones and cultures.
• Willing to travel internationally (up to 50%).
• A minimum Bachelor of Science Degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
