Channel Manager – Citrix CSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for daily sales support and customer service operations for designated accounts and territory for Citrix CSP.

• Concentrates on expanding and nurturing new business; actively reaches out to partners to enhance sales for assigned accounts and revitalize underutilized and overlooked relationships with Arrow customers.

• This role will engage with partners; supply product information, and follow up on quotes to finalize business for Arrow.

• Recognizes, enables, and cultivates high-potential and non-repeat partners.

• Exhibits a proactive mindset and a sense of urgency on behalf of our partners, foresees their needs, and communicates efforts in a timely and effective manner.

• Propels sales growth through the acquisition of new partners and the restoration of underutilized and overlooked relationships.

• Generates leads and follows up on opportunities obtained through suppliers and Arrow’s internal resources.

• Handles quotes for specific customers and/or revisions for mass price adjustments, program changes, or part modifications.

• Requires extensive knowledge and experience.

• Addresses complex challenges by applying a fresh perspective to existing solutions.

• Utilizes best practices and insights into internal or external business challenges to enhance products/services or processes.

• Typically demands a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Citrix is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite is required.

• Preference for candidates located on the east coast.
