Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance relationships with current Tebra partners to ensure ongoing growth and success.

• Discover and secure new partnership opportunities to stimulate business expansion and align with Tebra’s strategic objectives.

• Capitalize on partnerships and explore innovative methods to unlock additional revenue streams.

• Create and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners, ensuring smooth execution and quantifiable results.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align objectives and drive achievements.

• Comprehend and document technical requirements to facilitate successful partner integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a channel sales and/or partnership development role, with direct channel sales experience preferred.

• Industry experience in healthcare SaaS or technology is preferred.

• Competence in program managing the partner process, including invoicing, reporting, portal engagement, and marketing initiatives.

• Familiarity with developing partner strategies.

• Proven experience in carrying a revenue quota, along with forecasting and pipeline management.

• A natural problem solver who constantly seeks more efficient approaches.

• Strong business acumen.

• Enthusiastic about nurturing and expanding robust relationships with company partners.

• Capable of working cross-functionally with various stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• Experience using Outreach as a sales engagement platform is preferred.
