Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Mac Tools EZG Program

• Assist with reporting and data inquiries to facilitate business growth

• Collaborate with Technical Service, Customer Service, Sales, Master Data, Demand Planning, and other departments

• Create and sustain a consistent process for planning and assembling quarterly promotional flyers

• Manage channel requirements and aid vendor operations for bi-annual trade shows

• Engage in strategic planning with Sales and Product Teams to enhance promotional impact

• Evaluate promotional success through metrics such as revenue, margin, and forecasting precision

• Conduct final validation and review of product elements prior to promotion launches

• Collaborate with Channel Managers to minimize promotional overlaps

• Spend time in the field to grasp end-user and distributor needs, as well as the effectiveness of collateral

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams

• Strong time management, organizational, and project management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Robust strategic, analytical, and financial capabilities

• Well-versed in sales and marketing strategies, especially promotional tactics

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience in the mobile tool sector is highly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to lead and provide guidance

• Knowledge and experience with marketing content/product information databases

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business is strongly preferred

• Experience with a franchise business model is preferred

• Direct field sales experience is highly preferred

• Willingness to travel as necessary
