This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of the complete activation lifecycle for regional integrators, carrier-owned distribution partners, and SI-led CCaaS deployment partners in priority LATAM markets, from initial engagement to establishing a productive, revenue-generating relationship.
• Foster sustainable growth of partner-sourced pipeline in Brazil, Mexico, and other key markets, ensuring that the channel contributes a consistent and predictable share of regional bookings in line with established targets.
• Ensure the accuracy of LATAM channel data by maintaining timely and consistent CRM pipeline attribution for all partner-sourced opportunities, facilitating reliable forecasting and performance reporting for partners.
• Enhance and safeguard Omilia's reputation and presence within LATAM partner communities, positioning the company as a credible, engaged, and user-friendly vendor compared to other CCaaS and conversational AI providers.
• Serve as the operational backbone for the region's unique channel go-to-market strategy, providing the Channel Director, LATAM with the necessary field intelligence, partner relationships, and pipeline visibility to make informed strategic choices.
• Identify and escalate any gaps, risks, or underperformance within the LATAM partner network before they adversely affect regional revenue, proposing corrective measures when necessary.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Channel Director, LATAM in activating regional integrators, carrier-owned distribution partners, and SI-led CCaaS deployments.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with regional technology advisors, telecom integrators, and contact center-focused SIs in priority markets.
• Collaborate on active partner-submitted opportunities alongside the Channel Director, LATAM and Omilia Account Executives.
• Promote awareness of Omilia within LATAM partner communities through events, training sessions, and direct engagement.
• Maintain precise CRM pipeline attribution for LATAM partner-sourced opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and engagement, highlighting risks or gaps to the Channel Director, LATAM.
• Represent Omilia at regional partner and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• 3-7 years of experience in channel development, partner sales, or business development within LATAM technology markets.
• Strong grasp of LATAM go-to-market dynamics, including regional telecom integrators, carrier distribution (Telefonica/Movistar, Claro), and SI-led deployment models.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, along with fluency in English.
• Excellent relationship-building and co-selling capabilities with a partner-first approach.
• Ability to work independently across multiple priority markets and manage a distributed partner network.
• Nice to have:
• Experience in CCaaS, contact center technology, or conversational AI.
• Established relationships with regional CCaaS SIs or telecom integrators in Brazil or Mexico.
• Knowledge of emerging conversational AI adoption in LATAM enterprise markets.
• Background in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
