This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Oversee the daily management of relationships with channel partners in the ASEAN region.
• Establish, nurture, and oversee connections with existing and potential channel partners, including key team members.
• Handle and direct all incoming inquiries from partners.
• Develop strategies and generate pipelines for acquiring new customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives such as messaging, marketing, training, campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Create and implement go-to-market plans with partners to meet or exceed targets.
• Incorporate additional ISV partners into the partnership strategy.
• Support partners with product positioning, sales strategies, and closing deals.
• Resolve deal registration conflicts that arise between JumpCloud teams and partner teams.
• Ensure partner adherence to Channel Partner programs and agreements.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with the partner’s executive team.
• 2-4 years of experience working with Channel Partners in the MEA region.
• Proven track record of creating revenue-generating partnerships with reseller partners.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships from the ground up, rather than just managing existing relationships.
• Familiarity with security or other infrastructure SaaS products.
• Success in meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
• Alignment with JumpCloud values and adherence to those principles in your work.
• Proficient in effective communication in English, Arabic, and French.
