Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee a national production target aimed at generating activities, qualified opportunities, and proposal volume.

• Propel targeted outbound initiatives to build the pipeline and enhance proposal flow across channel partnerships.

• Create and implement channel strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the Definiti Sales team.

• Identify and prioritize high-potential wholesalers, advisors, and regional opportunities to drive growth.

• Engage and inform partners through outreach, training, and coordinated business development efforts.

• Collaborate with Sales to transition qualified opportunities into active proposal and sales processes.

• Monitor channel performance, opportunity flow, and proposal metrics to ensure consistent production in line with goals.

• Work cross-functionally with onboarding, compliance, operations, and sales to enhance execution and client experience.

• Represent Definiti at industry events and partner meetings to broaden presence and create new opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, channel management, or retirement/financial services.

• Experience collaborating with advisors, wholesalers, or distribution partners is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of defined contribution / retirement plan services is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM or pipeline management tools is preferred.
