This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of email marketing initiatives by coordinating campaign development, managing timelines, creating necessary documentation, tracking assets, setting up UTM parameters, and ensuring timely deployment via email service providers.
• Conduct quality assurance, auditing, and testing of email campaigns and online sales processes while ensuring the accuracy of content, offers, tracking, user experience, and overall campaign functionality.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments, including creative, brand, legal, digital, campaign operations, programming, analytics, and external partners to create marketing campaigns, facilitate creative production, and ensure successful campaign execution.
• Create creative briefs, assess creative assets, utilize content strategies to enhance engagement, and monitor campaign effectiveness by analyzing reports and offering optimization suggestions to stakeholders.
• Discover opportunities to enhance marketing processes, streamline campaign execution, manage various projects concurrently, and support business objectives through ongoing process improvement and operational excellence.
• 3-5 years of experience in engagement and retention email marketing with a focus on campaign development, execution, and analysis.
• At least 2 years of project management experience overseeing cross-functional marketing projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
• Background in a subscription-based business model is preferred.
• Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, including social media, mobile applications, or websites, is preferred.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Workfront or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of reporting platforms like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong grasp of direct response marketing principles, web and email production, URL structures, UTM tracking, campaign documentation, and deployment processes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
