This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Establish the company's channel operating model
• Design and roll out a multi-tiered partner program
• Create a framework for partner engagement
• Develop an enablement framework for partners
• Produce onboarding playbooks for partners
• Align internal teams with the partner engagement strategy
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key national partners
• Conduct training sessions for partner sales teams
• Drive a consistent pipeline of regional services
• Provide sales training for partners
• Introduce operational discipline to partner relationships
• 4–8+ years of experience in channel or alliances roles within an MSSP environment, offering Pen Testing, MDR, SOC as a Service, and Security Engineering solutions
• Proven experience working with VARs, national integrators, or security partners
• Background in developing partner programs from the ground up
• Skill in developing executive relationships
• Expertise in partner enablement
• Ability to develop sales pipelines
• Proficiency in sales strategy
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Must possess qualities of a Builder (program creation), Operator (pipeline management), and Connector (relationship building across partners)
