This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify, recruit, enable, and cultivate partnerships that are optimized for remarkable revenue growth across technology partners, ISVs, and SIs, driving all of Jitterbit's products and services.
• Collaborate to implement mutually beneficial partner programs, roadmaps, sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and business development initiatives that generate new, renewal, and expansion revenue.
• Develop and execute joint strategies and business plans for technology partners, ISVs, and SIs in North America.
• Partner with the partner success, sales, professional services, and channel marketing teams to ensure strategies and activities attract new and existing end customers to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with channel marketing and product marketing to create distinctive JOINT value propositions, clearly defined go-to-market initiatives, and metrics for milestone and progress tracking.
• Oversee partner enablement to ensure partners are effectively trained and motivated to sell and deliver Jitterbit's product and service offerings.
• Ensure that standards for partner delivery excellence and customer satisfaction are upheld or surpassed.
• Develop strategies to integrate Jitterbit technology into partners' go-to-market solutions.
• Proficient in English and Portuguese.
• Previous experience in channel business development, partner and channel program development, and channel marketing with SI, distribution, technology partner, reseller, and VAR partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in recruitment, enablement, and revenue growth within technology partnerships and SIs.
• Established relationships with key players in the North American Ecommerce technology sector.
• A collaborative team player who is goal-oriented, driven, and has a proven track record of advancing partner business.
• Proven ability to expand and close new customer accounts with and through partners, selling a mix of products and services.
• Exceptional history of consistently meeting or exceeding qualified opportunities, pipeline development, and ARR objectives.
• Strong skills in building and executing alliance and channel strategies, developing and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, and measuring performance.
• Highly professional demeanor and polished persona.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a mature executive presence.
