This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Capable of transforming mid-market prospects into March Networks clients by collaborating with channel partners and engaging directly with end users.
• Recognize and cultivate new business prospects for March Networks in partnership with channel partners.
• Establish and oversee relationships with both new and existing systems integrators, VARs, and strategic allies.
• Propel channel sales by fostering relationships and promoting solutions with sales teams of channel partners. Identify and implement joint marketing initiatives to generate new sales opportunities.
• Secure and maintain the focus of sales representatives at our channel partners so that March Networks is regarded as a preferred product line for their clients and prospects.
• Support channel partner representatives with the positioning and selling of March Networks products through presentations and demonstrations.
• Develop and enhance partner services opportunities.
• Advocate for the interests and value of channel partners within the organization.
• Establish both short-term and long-term sales strategies.
• Inform prospects and customers about ongoing sales promotions.
• Maintain records of prospects and customers to assist in preparing sales forecasts, conducting market analysis, and evaluating competitor activities.
• Submit reports related to sales activities, potential sales opportunities, and market trends.
• Provide accurate rolling project forecasts, looking ahead 360 days.
• Offer constructive and quantitative feedback to aid in the maintenance of product manuals.
• Relay insights to business development managers and product management concerning competitor pricing, market trends, and technological advancements in the field.
• Participate in and assist with trade shows, conventions, customer events, and industry-related activities as required.
• Collaborate with all sales, customer service, technical, and management personnel.
• Continuously evaluate the ROI of all sales initiatives within the designated region.
• A university degree.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience or expertise in networks, client/server systems, and/or CCTV/video surveillance.
• A successful track record in channel sales within the territory.
• Previous experience effectively working from a home-based office.
• Excellent communication abilities and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proven history of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of commercial transactions and sales processes.
• Experience in selling and providing solutions to a variety of business and technical clients.
• Strong written, project management, and technical skills are essential.
• Demonstrated skills in collaborative efforts and experience in team/project-oriented tasks.
• Openness to new ideas and methodologies.
• Excellent planning and time management capabilities.
