This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.
• Assist in implementing change management activities across various transformation and functional initiatives that affect Clinical Data Management.
• Convert change strategies into actionable delivery plans, ensuring prompt and coordinated execution.
• Aid in stakeholder mapping and tracking, identifying affected groups, key influencers, and their engagement requirements.
• Organize stakeholder engagement activities, which include workshops, briefings, feedback sessions, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to change impact assessments spanning processes, roles, systems, and operational methods.
• Help in creating and delivering communications that align with project milestones and audience expectations.
• Oversee business readiness initiatives to ensure teams are equipped for forthcoming changes.
• Assist in planning and coordinating training and enablement efforts, including materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor change actions, milestones, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues as necessary.
• Keep change management documentation updated, including trackers, stakeholder logs, and action plans.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to pinpoint risks, resistance, and additional support requirements.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and business leaders to integrate change activities into comprehensive delivery plans.
• Help track the adoption of changes and evaluate implementation results.
• Ensure consistency in change execution across various initiatives impacting Clinical Data Management.
• A university/college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in Clinical Data Management or Clinical Operations.
• Background in supporting or executing change management activities.
• Experience in transformation or business change initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication coordination, and readiness activities.
• Proficiency in tracking actions, managing dependencies, and maintaining organized documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach with the capacity to work hands-on.
• Nice to have: Direct experience in a Clinical Data Management setting.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with working in a regulated or GxP environment.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Nice to have: Experience in supporting system, process, or operating model changes.
• Nice to have: Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
