Change Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee change management for extensive transformation initiatives

• Collaborate closely with project and program teams to pinpoint and address the impacts of change on people

• Determine who is impacted by the change, the nature of that impact, and what is needed for successful go-live readiness

• Partner with senior sponsors to facilitate effective sponsorship activities

• Create practical change plans that are flexible to meet evolving needs and situations

• Modify strategies as business priorities, stakeholder requirements, and program specifications shift

• Evaluate the adoption of new working methods beyond mere training completion metrics

• Employ both qualitative and quantitative metrics to illustrate adoption, progress, impact, and value

• Convey complex change information clearly and concisely to varied audiences

• Collaborate with leaders, managers, and end users to ensure timely and effective communication

• Appropriately leverage AI tools to enhance change management efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately seven years of experience in change management (the posting also mentions around ten years)

• Proven experience leading change management initiatives that impact a large number of global stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to achieve clear, measurable change outcomes

• Capacity to articulate specific scenarios, actions taken, and results achieved

• Experience in measuring change adoption beyond just training completion

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools in daily change management practices

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Comfortable crafting communications for a range of audiences, from end users to executive sponsors

• Experience in close collaboration with senior sponsors

• Preferred: Prosci, APMG, or equivalent change management certification

• Preferred: Experience in a global, matrixed organization

• Preferred: Experience working alongside Program and Project Management, Learning, Operational Excellence, and Portfolio Management Office functions
