This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Assisting with change initiatives on medium to large-scale, intricate projects.

• Serves as a bridge between internal and external partners, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Encourages collaboration, fosters consensus, and helps ensure accountability and adoption.

• Maintains accurate reports, records, and documentation.

• Identifies change impacts, desired mindsets, and necessary behavioral shifts to achieve change benefits.

• Aids senior personnel in crafting change management strategies and plans.

• Organizes and engages in meetings with stakeholder groups.

• Collaborates effectively in analyzing business needs to determine process impacts.

• Develops a tactical plan to involve teams throughout the transition.

• Monitors and consistently communicates adoption status to Sponsors, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.

• Prepares both formal and informal presentations and reports.

• Evaluates adoption and oversees the integration of changes into the business.

• Identifies potential risks and barriers to project objectives and addresses them proactively.

• Ensures adherence to all relevant standards, policies, laws, rules, and regulations.

• Tracks adoption and identifies mitigation requirements.

• Maintains necessary records, information, documentation, and reports.

• Facilitates the assessment of progress and challenges post-implementation.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in change management.

• At least 1 year of experience in complex information systems projects.

• Completed change management training.

• Preferred Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, etc.).

• Relevant training, organizational development, technical writing, or other certifications that enhance capabilities in Change Management.

• Certification in Scrum, Agile, and/or Project Management International (PMI) methodologies.

• 1 or more years of experience in health plan operations.
