This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate strategies for transition management, implementation of major initiatives, organizational transformation, and cultural shifts.
• Conduct change management assessments and devise change management strategies.
• Recognize and manage anticipated resistance from clinical and operational personnel.
• Develop communication plans, roadmaps, coaching strategies, training plans, and resistance management strategies.
• Assist senior leaders in their roles as change sponsors and prepare them to communicate change messages effectively.
• Support organizational design and clarify roles and responsibilities influenced by EHR workflow modifications.
• Incorporate change management activities into project plans and assess user readiness.
• Manage stakeholders, monitor and report issues, and escalate risks associated with adoption.
• Establish and evaluate success metrics while tracking change progress across various locations.
• Deliver change-readiness assessments, communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and transition assistance for workflow modifications and system updates.
• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is mandatory.
• At least six (6) years of pertinent professional experience is required.
• Proven experience in managing change and transitions within healthcare organizations, programs, or projects.
• Demonstrated ability to create communication plans, roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.
• Experienced in conducting change management assessments and formulating change strategies.
• Capability to identify and handle resistance while evaluating user readiness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint Online, Office 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without the need for sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Low/NACI background investigation.
• Prosci certification is preferred.
• Experience implementing Prosci and change management in a unionized environment is preferred.
• Background in supporting electronic health record deployment or Oracle Health (Cerner) adoption is advantageous.
• Experience with VHA or a similar federal health organization is preferred.
