Change Management Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform stakeholder and impact assessments under guidance.

• Create communication and engagement materials utilizing existing templates.

• Assist in the execution of training and readiness initiatives.

• Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders.

• Monitor adoption metrics and compile straightforward progress reports.

• Work alongside senior change practitioners to enhance materials and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in change management.

• Professional certifications may be necessary for the position; Prosci certification is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of Change Management Methodologies, Design Thinking, Agile, Lean, and DevOps Principles.

• Basic proficiency in a variety of mixed-method research techniques.

• Knowledge of personas, stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, road-mapping, and other user experience methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, negotiation, and collaboration abilities.
