Change Management Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Creating and executing strategies for change management

• Collaborating closely with leadership, project teams, and various business units

• Producing thorough change management deliverables

• Identifying and engaging essential stakeholders

• Crafting and implementing effective communication plans

• Evaluating the potential impacts of changes

• Assisting in the design and delivery of training programs

• Tracking progress and monitoring key performance metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)

• Formal certification as an OCM practitioner (e.g., Prosci, LaMarsh, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), etc.)

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
