This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to gain insights into business objectives and the requirements for change management.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders to foster mutual growth and success.
• Oversee the development and customization of change management plans to ensure they align with organizational goals.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making necessary adjustments to enhance results.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding potential new change management solutions and opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to advocate for change management practices.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to support change management initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to change management.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for clients throughout the entire change management lifecycle.
• Utilize a structured methodology and lead communication activities related to change management.
• Assess the impact of change initiatives.
• Conduct change management assessments.
• Develop a comprehensive change management strategy.
• Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
• Recognize and manage anticipated resistance to change.
• Consult with and coach project teams, manage stakeholders, and track and report issues.
• Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
• Develop and support communication plans and efforts.
• Engage and support senior leaders while coaching managers and supervisors.
• Assist in organizational design and the definition of roles and responsibilities.
• Integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Evaluate user readiness and ensure it is in place.
• Define and measure success metrics while monitoring the progress of change initiatives.
• Gain buy-in from sponsors, stakeholders, and department heads by employing holistic, collaborative change models and utilizing adult learning methodologies, best practices, and standard operational procedures across four phases: preparation, design, execution, and sustainability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• A comprehensive understanding of how individuals experience change and familiarity with the change process, including experience with the Prosci ADKAR® model.
• Prosci certification in Change Management.
• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in managing change management initiatives.
• Profound understanding of change management principles and business processes.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Familiarity with change management tools and software.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional active listening skills with the capacity to clearly convey messages to diverse audiences while fostering strong relationships and inspiring others toward a common vision or goal.
