• Within our Workday Practice, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of advisory experts who provide more than mere technology solutions.
• From initial evaluations to comprehensive transformations, you will implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, equipping organizations with top-tier enterprise solutions to support their missions and foster transformative growth.
• As a Workday Federal Change Management Consultant, your responsibility will be to guide clients through the organizational change process linked to Workday implementations.
• You will leverage extensive knowledge in change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communications to assist federal clients in adopting innovative operational approaches.
• Your position will be crucial in synchronizing people, processes, and technology to ensure successful outcomes and sustained value.
• You will create and execute change management strategies and communications, draft communication materials, develop and facilitate training, conduct sponsor and stakeholder meetings, and produce change management deliverables tailored to a Workday implementation.
• Support and lead the formulation of change management, communication, and training strategies.
• Assist in the crafting of communication plans and materials involving a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of change strategies and activities.
• Employ and align with Workday methodologies and best practices.
• Prepare for and lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders, client meetings, and leadership briefings.
• Develop strategies to enhance awareness and adoption of Workday, including training resources and tools.
• Create documents that facilitate the implementation of Workday.
• Obtain necessary Workday certifications for this role.
• US Citizenship is required, and candidates must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance.
• A Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of change management experience with Workday; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) year of change management experience with Workday.
• Experience may be substituted for a formal degree, such as having NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of change management experience in Workday.
• Workday Certification in HCM, Financials, Project Management, etc.
• Experience in developing and delivering training through various modalities.
• Knowledge and experience with Workday.
• Proven ability to deliver and facilitate effective training programs.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Must be open to traveling to client locations as necessary, up to 50%.
