This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and implement change enablement and adoption strategies that align with business objectives.
• Engage stakeholders by utilizing targeted communication, learning resources, facilitation, and support.
• Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to integrate change activities into project plans and timelines.
• Evaluate change impacts and organizational readiness; identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver customized communications, toolkits, and resources for varied audiences.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives using feedback and data analysis.
• Provide light project management support, governance coordination, and follow-through on implementation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and change champion, promoting adaptability and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate enterprise communications, key events, and activities related to organizational readiness.
• Support technology adoption and innovation initiatives through awareness campaigns, educational opportunities, success stories, and communities of practice.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• Travel as necessary.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Project management certification, such as PMP, is preferred.
• Eight (8) years of experience in change enablement, change management, organizational development, communications, adoption, project coordination, human resources, or a related role is preferred.
• Internships, project-based experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing change enablement and adoption strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Ability to evaluate organizational readiness and assess change impact across various stakeholder groups.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working effectively with project managers and business leaders.
• Proficient in developing mitigation plans to address resistance and risks.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and associated tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities, adapting to shifting demands, and working effectively amidst ambiguity.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and establish trusted partnerships across stakeholder groups.
• Preferred experience in supporting technology adoption, HR transformation, AI adoption, or HR technology initiatives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to produce comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
