
Chain Sales Team – Cruise Line Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish and nurture relationships with the culinary, procurement, and operations leadership of cruise lines; Propel menu integration and introduce new products; Identify and capitalize on distribution opportunities; Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective execution; Represent client brands in the marketplace; Achieve key performance indicators (distribution, velocity, revenue); Provide market insights and competitive analysis.
• Manage Bids & Business Development
• Oversee the bidding process to ensure all opportunities are recognized and submitted in a competitive manner.
• Collaborate with the CORE Bid Team to guarantee accuracy and effective execution.
• Analyze both awarded and lost business to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Conduct post-award evaluations and share insights with stakeholders.
• Partner with clients to understand the decision-making factors behind lost bids.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Work closely with CORE client partners to synchronize on strategy, priorities, and execution; Act as a direct extension of client sales teams within the cruise sector.
• Ensure product availability and execution through distributor partnerships; Assist with pricing strategies, contract alignment, and issue resolution.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in cruise line foodservice operations is preferred; A solid understanding of procurement, culinary operations, and onboard constraints; A proven track record of sales growth.
• In-depth knowledge of the cruise line industry, including market trends, key players, and distribution channels.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and establishing trust.
• A demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite and CRM systems.
• An analytical mindset with robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
