This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Skilled in identifying comparable properties to the subject, analyzing market data, and appraising residential properties using various valuation techniques and methodologies.

• Demonstrates a keen attention to detail to deliver a superior quality valuation product for clients.

• Capable of effectively managing daily responsibilities to establish an efficient capacity for assignments.

• Ensures high levels of customer service when interacting with the operating team and points of contact during the valuation process.

• Open to receiving mentorship from Senior Appraisers to enhance skills in conducting high-quality appraisals.

• Occasionally collaborates with Trainees.

• Committed to fulfilling continuing education and credentialing requirements.

• Provides recommendations concerning processes related to business operations and data collection methods.

• Advises management and engineering executives on product strategies, process workflows, and compensation structures as needed.
