Certified Residential Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Skilled in identifying comparable properties to the subject, analyzing market data, and appraising residential properties using a variety of valuation techniques and methodologies.

• Demonstrate a keen attention to detail to deliver a superior valuation product for clients.

• Effectively manage daily responsibilities to establish a reasonable capacity for assignments.

• Maintain high levels of customer service when interacting with the operational team and contacts during the valuation process.

• Willingness to accept mentorship from Senior Appraisers to acquire the knowledge necessary for producing high-quality appraisals.

• Provide recommendations pertaining to business operations processes and methods for data collection.

• As required, counsel management and engineering executives on product decisions, process flows, and compensation structures.

• Self-driven and ambitious, with a strong eagerness to learn and advance in the industry.

• Valid driver's license required for fieldwork.
