Certified Residential Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Skilled in selecting comparable properties to the subject, analyzing market data, and valuing residential properties through various valuation techniques and methodologies.

• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to deliver a superior valuation product for clients.

• Capable of effectively managing daily activities to establish a reasonable workload for assignments.

• Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with the operating team and points of contact during the valuation process.

• Open to mentorship from Senior Appraisers for training to master the completion of high-quality appraisals.

• Occasionally collaborate with Trainees.

• Adhere to continuing education and credentialing requirements.

• Provide recommendations concerning processes related to business operations and data collection methods.

• Advise management and engineering executives on product decisions, process flows, and compensation plans as necessary.

• Self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong drive to learn and grow within the industry.

• Valid driver's license for conducting fieldwork.
