Certified Residential Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Skilled in identifying comparable properties to the subject, analyzing market data, and assessing the value of residential properties using a variety of valuation techniques and methodologies.

• Demonstrate a keen attention to detail to deliver a superior quality valuation product for clients.

• Ability to effectively manage daily tasks to establish a reasonable workload for assignments efficiently.

• Maintain high standards of customer service when liaising with the operating team and points of contact during the valuation process.

• Willingness to receive mentorship from Senior Appraisers and training to master the completion of high-quality appraisals.

• Occasionally collaborate with Trainees.

• Adhere to continuing education and credentialing requirements.

• Provide recommendations concerning business operations processes and data collection methods.

• As necessary, advise management and engineering executives on product decisions, process flows, and compensation strategies.

• Valid driver's license necessary for fieldwork activities.
