Certified Residential Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Skilled in identifying comparable properties to the subject, analyzing market information, and appraising residential properties using a variety of valuation techniques and methodologies.

• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to deliver superior valuation products for clients.

• Possess the ability to effectively manage daily tasks to establish a reasonable workload capacity for assignments.

• Maintain high levels of customer service when liaising with the operations team and points of contact while executing valuations.

• Be receptive to guidance from Senior Appraisers for training purposes to master the craft of producing high-quality appraisals.

• Occasionally collaborate with Trainees.

• Commit to ongoing education and credential renewal requirements.

• Offer suggestions regarding business operation processes and data collection techniques.

• When required, provide advice to management and engineering executives on product decisions, process flows, and compensation strategies.

• Valid driver's license required for fieldwork activities.
