This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Skilled in identifying comparable properties to the subject, analyzing market data, and assessing residential property values using various valuation techniques and methodologies.

• Demonstrates a keen attention to detail to ensure a superior quality valuation product for clients.

• Capable of effectively managing daily tasks to establish a reasonable capacity for assignments efficiently.

• Maintains high levels of customer service when interacting with the operating team and points of contact during the valuation process.

• Open to receiving mentorship from Senior Appraisers to enhance skills in producing high-quality appraisals.

• Occasionally collaborates with Trainees.

• Committed to fulfilling continuing education and credentialing requirements.

• Provides recommendations regarding processes related to business operations and data collection methods.

• Advises management and engineering executives on product decisions, process flows, and compensation plans as needed.

• Valid driver's license for conducting fieldwork.
