This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

• Skilled in identifying comparable properties related to the subject.

• Evaluating market data and assessing residential properties using a variety of valuation techniques and methodologies.

• Demonstrates a keen attention to detail to ensure the delivery of a high-quality valuation product for clients.

• Capable of effectively organizing daily tasks to establish a reasonable workload for assignments.

• Maintains exceptional customer service standards when liaising with the operating team and points of contact during the valuation process.

• Receptive to mentorship from Senior Appraisers for training opportunities aimed at mastering high-quality appraisal completion.

• Provides suggestions regarding processes associated with business operations and data collection techniques.

• As required, offers guidance to management and engineering executives on product strategies, process flows, and compensation frameworks.
