• Certified Residential Appraiser License (Mandatory).

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in appraisal software and market research tools.

• A professional and communicative demeanor, ensuring alignment with company standards and long-term objectives.

• Experience with field measurement technology (such as laser measuring tools or LiDAR) during property inspections (Preferred).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platforms in a remote working context (Preferred).
