Certified Public Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Analyze, organize, and update financial records.

• Conduct regular, thorough audits of financial documents, expenditures, and investments.

• Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank, cash, and spending accounts.

• Establish financial accounts as necessary.

• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Collaborate with Tax Accountants to monitor tax payments and returns.

• Regularly review bookkeeping activities.

• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

• Ensure that vendor accounts are current throughout the organization.

• Manage inventory effectively.

• Handle purchases from China.

• Deliver financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights for business decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.

• A Bachelor’s/College Degree in a relevant field is required.

• Demonstrated experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Preferably seeking accounting/finance professionals with expertise in the US Accounting System.

• Familiarity with accounting software, modules, and financial statements.

• A strong desire to exceed expectations while working independently.

• Friendly, quick learner who can adapt to changes and possesses a “can-do” attitude.

• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.

• Experience in the Procurement and Logistics industry is advantageous.

• Minimum requirement of a 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.

• At least 4.00 GB of computer memory/RAM is required.

• Must operate on Windows 10 or Mac OSX; no Linux, Unix, or other operating systems are accepted.

• Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher is required on both primary and backup connections.

• A noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port is mandatory.

• A webcam with a minimum of 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording is needed.
