This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Manage call queues, perform data entry, and execute various pharmacy queue tasks.
• Interpret prescriptions from healthcare providers and input details into patient profiles in compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists following work instructions, policies, procedures, management guidance, and national or state regulations.
• Maintain quality assurance standards.
• Report any adverse events.
• Support outreach efforts to prescribers and patients.
• Engage in training and work together with colleagues and other departments.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
• A valid Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license is essential.
• National Certification (PTCB or NHA) is required.
• Strong customer service abilities are necessary.
• Basic math and computer skills, including familiarity with Windows, Microsoft applications, internet usage, and email, are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Capability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs as required.
• Must be a resident of Tennessee.
• Home internet service through cable broadband or fiber optic with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
