Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Accountable for providing support and assistance to residents with their daily needs, including personal care requirements.

• Facilitation of activities and social programs.

• Conduct routine tasks in line with established standards of practice.

• Deliver basic nursing care to residents within the responsibilities assigned to nursing assistants.

• Execute fundamental nursing procedures under the supervision of a licensed nurse manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment.

• Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), or Memory Care (MC) environment is preferred.

• Maintain a professional demeanor in both appearance and conduct.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A genuine enthusiasm and passion for working with senior citizens.

• A flexible, enjoyable, and dynamic personality.
