This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
β’ Responds to incoming calls and directs all correspondence to the appropriate personnel.
β’ Requests and retrieves patient records as needed.
β’ Communicates with external providers as requested.
β’ Actively participates in the Interdisciplinary team, ensuring all care coordination activities and needs are relayed back to the team.
β’ Aids patients and team members in utilizing videoconference technology.
β’ Keeps patient health records updated in the Electronic Medical Record system and Vynca data systems.
β’ Arranges HV/VC visits for the clinical team.
β’ Prepares new patient information packets.
β’ Assists with TARS/Authorizations and liaises with pharmacies.
β’ Organizes transportation for patient medical appointments with contracted transport companies and payers.
β’ Supports the efficient operation of the office on a daily basis.
β’ Oversees and requests the procurement of office supplies.
β’ Valid CMA/CCMA certification from an accredited organization.
β’ At least 18 months of prior clinical experience.
β’ Over 1 year of experience in insurance and billing.
β’ Relevant professional background in a healthcare environment.
β’ Strong oral and written communication abilities.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
β’ Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate the internet effectively.
β’ A strong passion and energy to manage complex situations.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
