This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Assess batches of exam questions provided by the Kaplan Content Specialist.

• Evaluate questions using a designated checklist to ensure they accurately represent the style, content, and difficulty of the official exam.

• Make necessary modifications and enhancements to questions to improve their quality and relevance to the exam.

• Submit revised Google Documents for each batch, meticulously tracking all changes utilizing Google Docs' Track Changes feature.

• Ensure that all content is precise, free of errors, and up-to-date with the latest Certified Management Accountant specifications.

• Follow Kaplan's specified style guide for all revisions and submissions.

• Engage in Kaplan's standard content review cycle, responding to feedback on clarity, accuracy, formatting, and presentation.

• Rephrase and adjust content to align with test-like conditions.

• Address all review inquiries within 2 business days, or sooner if requested.

• Comply with specified deadlines for each batch of questions, as communicated by the Content Specialist.

• Active CMA or higher in the relevant field.

• Proven deep understanding of official exam content, professional domain knowledge, and the exam format.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.

• Exceptional written communication and editing abilities.

• Proficient in utilizing Google Docs and Google Drive.

• Capability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently in a remote setting.

• Reliable internet access and communication tools.

• Prior experience in instructional content development, particularly for the relevant exam (preferred).

• Previous teaching or tutoring experience in the relevant subject area (preferred).

• Knowledge of effective test question design principles (preferred).
