This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Implement the Plan of Care effectively.

• Deliver tailored customer service experiences.

• Engage in Staff meetings and participate in In-Service Reviews.

• Ensure timely documentation in accordance with established guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid CHHA Certification in the state of California.

• Reliable transportation, a current Driver’s License, and auto insurance.

• Up-to-date CPR certification.

• Capability to fulfill the physical requirements of the role.

• Annual TB testing is required.
